Mountain Photography

Mountain Photography is a small local company started by Michael Speake last October. It was formed help serve his freelance and contract costumers. Over the winter M.P. was the official photo service for Homewood Mountain Resort. We had a crew of three professional photographers shooting action and portraits of Homewood’s visitors. Michael Speake (homo-sapian)

My photography experience started near Minneapolis, MN (where I grew up). It was an interest that never really developed until I was feeling my way through the visual arts program of Bemidji State University. After a few classes in photography it grabbed hold of me and my interests in the photographic arts have not yet faded. I graduated Bemidji State University in 2001 with a Visual Arts degree in Photography. Since then I have worked at several different photo companies and as a freelance, working in many different realms of photography including; action; creative portraits, landscapes, promos for bands and small companies. Wendolyn Antibus

Knew she wanted to a photographer at age ten. Twelve years and three hundred rolls of film later, she graduated with a B.A. in Archaeology and Fine Art from Oberlin College. After working for several summers in Italy, she moved to Lake Tahoe to pursue a full time career as a photographer and ski bum. Life has never been better. When she's not hiding behind a camera, Wendy backpacks, guides rafting trips, and teaches skiing and snowboarding.
