Events that is important during a wedding

One of the best ways to stay organized for a wedding photo shoot is a timeline.  A timeline will help you be prepared for all the shots.  Not only will you be prepared but you can be ready to capture great moments.  So with that in mind here are key points to remember for the wedding.

First thing a photographer must do is to know and consult the family when they would like to pose for the family portrait.  As a San Diego wedding photographer I see that the timing of this is different for every wedding.  Some people prefer to take pictures before the wedding.  This allows them to avoid the hectic time after the wedding.Others prefer to do it during the wedding.You will be more prepared if you can determine when this will happen.

Next, you should determine the exact starting time of the wedding itself.  This way you can capture great shots of guests arriving.  As a San Diego photographer this is a great time to capture candid shots of your guests.It would also give you more time to prepare all that is needed for the big ceremony.

Finally you will want to know what time the reception is.  This is important because it will allow you to know how much time you have.In other words, you will be able to balance your time between taking shots at the wedding location and moving to the reception location.  Doing wedding as a San Diego event photography allows me to coordinate this big event to run smoothly.  The last thing you want is everything being disorganized.
