Knowing how to take great photographs really is art.  It isn’t just about pointing a camera and clicking it to take a picture.  It is more then that.It demands talent just like any field of importance.  Some people are just born good photographers.While there are a few that can be improved.The key point is understanding what is a good photograph and which photographs are not.  In this article I am going to share a couple of tips that will help you to know when a good shot presents itself.

As a San Diego wedding photographer taking great photos is my job.If I weren’t able to do it, I would be out of work.So being able to tell what is a good photograph is crucial.In weddings as well as most everything else, having an awareness of all that is going on will be critical.  There is a lot of activity going on but if you know what is going on you can get prepared.You understand all the key moments of most weddings.Just be prepared to get them on film.

Another tip I learned from being  a San Diego photographer is understanding human emotion.  You could be taking candid photos of people.Or you might find yourself in the position to take photographs at weddings. It doesn’t matter.  All that matters is you understand your subjects and the emotions they are going through.If you are able to you can reallly take some nice photographs of emotions.

Finally if you are to be a good photographer, you need to anticipate the great shots.  This is especially helpful for doing work like in my San Diego event photography business.Because all the big events will have a lot of things going on.By being prepared for some of the action photos that come up that you may miss, you will be ready to catch.
